Biografía del autor Jean-Nicolas Wintgens, a Belgian-born agronomist, has worked troughout the coffee belt of Africa, South and Central America, and Asia. He is currently a frequent traveler between Mexico and Switzerland, doing consultancy work, mostly on coffee.
